Spray the hell out of the bolts! I got lucky when I had to remove my manifold, the valve cover leaked oil right on the areas of the bolts. The bolts came out so easy. I was shocked!
Wow, big difference. Pulls much harder now. That amount of smoke wasn't bad at all, not really much honestly.
What are your gauges reading now with the increased fuel? Assuming everything is in check, I think it's safe to bump the fuel further. But it looks like it runs great now and I'm sure...

I just went back and watched your video. Goes like hell up to around 45mph and after that it is just flat out slow.
Mine is a gmt400 and different from the newer trucks.
I'm curious if there is a polyurethane option instead of the rubber factory style. Will have to search this.
Had my truck jacked up the other day on the right front corner under the frame rail. I grabbed the cross member for the back of the torrsion bars and I could move the crossmember up and down inside the isolators. Is this normal or are the rubber isolators toast?

Awesome pick on the turbo. Huge improvement over stock and will work great with your taller gearing. I used basically the same turbo on my '96 with 4.10 gears and stock ECM, I loved it! Luckily all you need to do is turn up the fuel a bit but be sure to run gauges if your not already.
