Can you please post pics of the mounts for the headlights in the bumper and pics of the back side of bumper with lights installed? Are those lights the high or low beam from the older quad light trucks?

I still think you should make a hx35/hx40 hybrid. Should spool like a 35 and put out even more volume of air.

The trik edition is for all the extra stains in the carpet and custom seat cover on the driver seat.

With the stock ECM and 2 bar map,you won't be able to boost more then 10 psi for a few seconds before you defuel.

I find it very odd that you can't get it to boost over 12 psi with the waste gate shut. Perhaps you should check for pre turbo exhaust leaks and post turbo boost leaks. Another thing you should look into is fuel pressure. If your not getting good fuel pressure, your not gonna make boost. Be...

Honestly I wouldn't bother with the hx40 till you get a new tune to fuel that turbo. Wouldn't have been a bad idea to upgrade the wheel on the hx35 and run it. It's more then enough for stock for fuel. Just my oppinion.

Yep. Damn boost leaks. The make a huge difference. What cross over pipe do you have? Having a good non leaking one really helps

Yep. I can see the oil in the inlet hose but no oil in the outlet hose. Must be working good.

When I put a 3 bar map sensor on my truck, I didn't notice a change in fuel and boost would go just as high just as quick as it did with the 2 bar map. The 3 bar map allowed me to run up to 18psi with no problem, no limp mode and no defueling that I could tell. I guess every trucks is different...
