The KOJO Tune - Available now!

Sorry, had to get some sleep and drive to work after my last posting... Dan, as my understood there is no reason to keep pedal down while power is turned off. I dont understand why it would defuel, maybe it is just lack of fuel, do you have fuel pressure gauge?

ECM drops fuel rate automatically to 0 when you lift your foot off from accelerator pedal, and keeps it in 0 until rpm is enough low to start idling.

The KOJO Tune - Available now!

I could set those codes off so it wont newer throw codes for those, but cant know how it acts, it can go to limp mode even without code if there would be reason for code. I understand your point in locking TCC couz stock gm tc slips so much on small rpm's but why on earth you'd want turn your...

Actual, honest, real world MPG from your 6.5

Just made little easter trip, nurmijarvi-hyvinkää-virrat-kauhajoki-virrat-nurmijärvi, then some driving here locally and i used 137 liters winterblend diesel, and got 638 miles to odometer.. I'm right now too tired to count how many mpg's it is, but it makes 13,3liters per 100 kilometers. I...

    No fuel to the injectors

Maybe your original pump took yur pmd with it when it died? that has happened to me once.. Truck had all typical pmd synptoms, stalled one more time and wouldn't run with new pmd, so it was pump, but new pump wouldn't run with original pmd..

    Injection Pump Failure Again

APP shouldn't kill it while idling. Do you have another pmd to test? I know it is new stanadyne, but sometimes they may be bad from factory, it is rare, but has happened

    Sputtering at 2500-redline

Timing could be badly late.. Do you have acces to scanner or autoenginuity? TDC offset should be checked and if it is ok another thing to check is what is desired and actual injection timing when it sputters.

    max boost seen with ATT

I,ve seen 19Psi :sifone: But with or without ATT it wont make good to engine , and it dont need it.. Just needs gm's original timing table and 80mm3 fuel and enough load to do that... been there, done that :rolleyes5:

The KOJO Tune - Available now!

First dip switch looks like this http://www.allproducts.com/manufacture97/cxwtdzgs/product1.jpg pic is large, but they are small components IRL. If your VSSB wont work right it can cause transmission make some stupid things, but my opinion is it makes them same way if you have tune or not, your...

    jerky 6.5

There has been some rare cases where wire harness has been damaged and that has caused really weird symptoms, is it possible there could be some shortages which causes erratic revving? #6 not responding to balance needs that injector checked, if you dont have tester you can chaange it to other...

The KOJO Tune - Available now!

I recommend you should update your VSSB, it affects speedo, cruise, computer and abs too if it is calibrated wrong. It is not hard job to solder dip switches to VSSB so it can be calibrated very easy. Your cruise problem is propably related to that vssb problem.. How much you had boost when it...
