I would drain off the glycerin and carefully wash what you have then do a 27/3 test. Odds are you didn't fully process the oil and you'll have to do it over with a new titration to tell you how much lye you need now...JMO.

I'm making a batch right now. (65 gallons) I make and run my own B100. I'm making it for less than a $1 per gallon. There is a slight loss of power, but with EFILive, you can tune that right out. :D

Can he start it with the pull cord? The obvious stuff is good right? key on, bike in nuetral, kill switch on handle bar in the middle (or "on") position? I'd pop that little piece of plastic on the side off and try and pull start it with the pull cord.

I swapped them out with only about 1000 miles on the truck. I'm not even sure If I pulled with it before I swapped them so I'm not sure about a change in trans temps. My tems stay stable now but I also have a Rad Mod V2 on my truck... I have the Mike L. cooler also, but I haven't installed it...

Exactly the same one I have and I love it. I use it in the truck and the screen size is fine for me. I take it quad riding too and at the end of the day, I just toss it in the sink and wash all the dirt off. I love it. If you get one, get the 60CsX because it has an expandable memory slot...
