yes...inner fender on the passengers side is easiest. I actually left 6 alone until I do my downpipe. For the swollen ones, I pulled the injectors and pried the GPs out with pliers and a pry bar. Vaccumed out the precup (I did shove some gauze in there to make sure no big pieces fell in).

I ended up getting some flex tubing, and attached a ground line (via a screw tapped into the fitting) for the ground. USPS decided I can't get my PMDCable extension until I sign for it.
Now, to top it off, I can't pass emissions due to failing the snap test. CDR, CDR grommet, boost...
Wait... The sensor itself needs to be grounded? I just had a shop here fab up a hose (using hydraulic hose)... in case my PMDCable extension didn't show up tomorrow. So, to make it work I need to ground it somehow? It doesn't come through the harness?

Weird. Mine goes into a brass elbow-like fitting, then goes to the pass-side. I have the PMDCable extension on the way, but want to make sure I'm on solid footing when it gets here.
What prompted this was when I popped the connecter off of the OPS to do a relay, I popped the top of the...
What size fittings did you use for the block? Did you keep the brass section that the OPS originally attached to? How much hose is OK?
After getting that damn thing out last night, I'd love it anywhere but it's stock location.

What size is the oil pressure switch? I've got big hands, and I'm trying to find out what size wrench to wrap around it.
Also: Does it go right into the block or is there a 90 degree brass fitting?

'94 TD HD Burb
Whelp... Just spent some "mod money" I had set aside for a new downpipe and crossover. Bought a Heath kit, which from my understanding, will be the last PMD I buy.
*sigh* Not sure how GM never ended up in a class-action if these things fail all the damn time.

Awww crap. Whelp.... code 36. (also 29, 46,49,71,76 but I had the cluster off for a few minutes). I just got done decrapifying the 'Burb by pulling the remote start. Had to splice a few wires back together (marine grade butt splices). I took her for literal "spin around the block", and she...
I think, with reasonable certainty, that the lack of heat dissipation was what killed that PMD. After I had assembled my Heath knockoff, I fired it up and let it idle for a few minutes. After those 5 minutes, I could feel the heat on the bottom of the heatsync. So, it just being taped there...
New (to me 'Burb) has some "issues".
OK... I'm driving along, 40 or so miles later, my 6.5TD dies. I pull over, it fires right back up. I go a couple blocks up the road, same thing. It does it once more. I get back on the freeway, and I'm good all 40 miles back.
The PO gave me a BOX of PMDs...
I'm installing Delphi HDS309s... from the looks of it, that's what I'm pulling too. The PO said he had the injectors repaired/replaced, along with a fuel pump (?).
The truck runs good, but I'm just cleaning up some shenanigans. There's the GP issue, some wiring, and a turbo solenoid that...
