roger that. not enough weight to cause a problem. all the powder coat jobs i've seen have held up. just gotta make sure the surface is prepped right before it coated.
pc looks badass too. go for it.

check it out. he carries a decent amount of diesel stuff and can probably help you find what you need.
as for an exhaust, just hit up any exhaust shop. they can probably build you a straight pipe exhaust. i cant speak for...
could be motor movment tweaking the hardpoint on the downpipe too.... maybe? stock motor mounts are gonna allow some give, and evn a little on something hard mounted like the dp is could put some strain on the mounting tab.
anyone else ever have this problem??
x2. happened to the drivers side seal on mine an d wiped out pads and shoes on that side. spendy.
caught the pass side quicker and all i needed to replace was the seal. didn't get into the brakes that time.
probably a little less unless you run a bigger tune. your vvt really helps clear up smoke quicker. mine tends to lug the motor a little, as heavy as the truck is. that causes a lot of that smoke, dumping shiitloads of fuel in before the turbo picks up.
i'll see if i can get a video of the...
run that in my truck. love it. mine has the 10 level race tune so it goes up to 215hp.
this is what it does on 135. lb7, so it doesn't spool as fast yours.
YouTube - duramax making smoke
you wont. all it does is keep excess blow over oil and vapors from the crankcase from being recycled back through the intake and consequently, the turbo. that shiit tends to gum stuff up.... same with egr. blockin it doesn't give you any power..... it just keeps sooty exhaust gasses from...
e,d, doesn't really matter. if you move to a bigger tire, look at the load rating. my 245/75 -16 are e rated and max load is 3180 i think. friends truck is runnin 37x14 - 20 in d rated and his are 3300 lbs per tire.
higher volume of air compensates for fewer belts. truck rides a little...
i think its my time.... AGAIN!! these damn injectors are such a bain to the lb7. now to find a dealer that will take care of business without too much hassle..........
you can. if the starter is payin attention, they'll usually back you up before startin the tree. wont red light unless you're tires cross the lights early. staging the backs is the same as the fronts except you now have ~20 ft headstart. that'd explain the fast 60'.
no big deal, easy to...
did you stage the back tires in that vid?? looks like the staging lights flash once before you light them.
is that the run you pulled the 1.4 60' time on??? that may be the reason why. you would have a 20 foot headstart off the line....
truck looks good though. 13.2 is pretty damn good...
