    1/24/10 Pocket Knife, who carrys them and what kind?

    I used to carry a knife with me everywhere, but now society has vilified knives as weapons instead of the tools they really are. No more carrying in school, the office, courthouses, etc... so I usually just leave mine in the truck.

    Craftsman, but not by choice, they where a gift. Except for the batteries whcih do not last anywhere near as long as they should they are fine. I still prefer my brothers dewalts though.

    To be honest I have only had to use that method once, usually the sledge does the trick.

    Option 2. But the truck down on the wheel with 2 lug nuts on loose and drive it around in a figure 8 pattern.

    9 lb sledge hammer, wrap it with a towel and use duct tape to hold it on, then swing away!

    Keeping Locks From Freezing

    I had a similar problem recently. Brother thought he would be nice and wash the truck. Since it got down to 18* at night... yeah.... they froze. When it warmed up the next day I sprayed the inside with WD-40 and no problems since.
