ive never heard of the mechanical pump not working from heat. the 94 and newer truck pump drivers dont like heat.there is no reason why heat sould cause you pump not to operate. If you do not have good fuel pressure it will cause your pump to over heat. but that should not cause it not to start...

its very possible. i mean when you pour the cold water on the pump the solenoid is right on top.

its possible it could be your fuel shut off solenoid on the top of your ip

doese your engine turn over slow when it is warm and hard to start?

How much two stroke do you guys put in a tank? I think my tank is a 30 gal,not to sure.Never let it get completly empty.

What is a good cheap fuel additive to run in my 93 6.5 3500? Is something like 2/stroke oil good to add into each tank?
