i installed the same turbo on my 93 k3500 ran it for 6 months with no problems untill my engines head cracked. now running the turbo on my 12 valve very much worth the money to me out performed the gm-3 very well.

sorry i dont have a way to test drive pressures and abient temp it would be good to see apples to apples. i know as far as higher rpms my truck pulls alot stronger in the high rpm range than the gm-3.

i would like to invest in one but the duct work wont line up because of my body lift. worst come to worst i will just haft to fab up a naw duct the open finter just aint cuttin it
I love the hx-40 iam running it really open it up plus when i installed it i did a full 4'' down pipe. iwas thinkin about adjusting the other screws but after this mornin i think the ip might be on its way out
Checked fan, 4wd, I do smell fuel but I see none.just did a service so its a new fuel filter and the lift pump is workin good. The injectors are from us diesel parts.
Ijust noticed my fuel mileage has been getting lower and lower, truck is still running good no noticeable problems just cant figure out what the deal is? I'am down to about 8 mpg from 12. anybody got any ideas, thanks
