Is there the ability to install six bolts ? If so the remove one bolt, get six new bolts the same size, length, head and hardness and run with all six.

Might be that the bolts/nuts on the flex plate has backed off, or, possibly the flex plate is cracked. I could hear nothing bad from the video sound.

Be advised to not crank that starter one more time before attaching that starter brace. You have tested fate way too many times and the next crank could be the one that broke the starters bolts. Instead of the camels back.
