And the way the flange surface is machined doesn't make things easy either...
I think I'll need to do a little machining on my heads to make them fit better..
I've contacted the shop that produces those flanges, they won't make them in ss... So I'll play on cad and make my own, I'd like to use 1/2" for the flanges and transaction from rectangle to round on the flanges, but we will see, I'm not to good at cad...

Could you post a pic of how those flanges fit on the head around the glows and other humps on the mounting surface?
Another question sense you are in the area, if a person used 1 1/4 diameter sch 10 ss pipe and connected 2 cylinders into 1 pipe, do you see room to have 2 crossover...

This is how I cut the broken bolt hole.

Looking from the TOP, the bolt hole cut down the middle, you are looking at the lower portion .
Then I cut this in half, there is a water jacket, the jacket is in the inside part of the bolt hole...
