So you have a 6.2 style CDR system where it evacuates from the oil filler neck and then it looks to go to a catch can and then from there to the intake piping. Depending on the catch can (can't tell from the pictures) it may be doing little to no good or possibly even be full unless it's setup...
I don't think the precups will be make much if any difference. What's your TDCO? Fuel pressure? Any black smoke? We need more info what all did quadstar have you check?

I've reused intake gaskets several times. Just inspect them good. On the dye some people have issues others don't. Don't know what the variables are , maybe fuel quality, maybe optics.
