is 47 ft. lbs correct for the filter adapter bolt? That seems like a lot. I was under my truck earlier and stopped until I could confirm that is indeed the spec. for the '95. Felt like I was going to break something with that much.

Well, mine has a crush washer now. If anyone wonders, the split side goes toward the bolt head. This is from referencing the bolt in the adapter from the HMMWV adapter.

The rat run isn't structural. It is so you have a place to walk or stand if ever needed for when you might need to be above the ceiling.
