I'm thinking smoke switch as well, but hope that I am wrong.
Did the truck come with gauges? Any evidence of a pyrometer plug on the passenger side exhaust manifold?

If replacing the NSBU switch does not correct the problem, post up here.
My problem ended up being installation errors inside my Merchant built transmission, but the symptoms mimicked a bad NSBU.
It gets passed through the filters over and over again, but I don't see any filtration benefit after the first pass through. 3 microns is still 3 microns. Its not like something slipped through the first time and will get caught later, correct?

You already know about the injector issue. That simply goes with LB7s.
Tranny lines can sometimes leak. Wheel bearings can crap out beginning around 80k miles. Pitman and idler arms start to wear pretty good by 60k or so.
Regular maintenance should include oil/filter change every 5k or...
It is a 2011 Argo Frontier 8x8 with Adair tracks. It has a top speed of 25 mph on land and 5 mph in water with the tracks. I have run it through snow in excess of three feet deep, despite the tracks not being specifically designed for snow. The machine seats up to six passengers.
