Nope, I just spent my fair share of time in high school doing body work. I got very good at being careful with plastic crap when pulling headliners down!
Especially on a 6.5, it is hard to guess a number with mods because everything is so unique, and untested if you want to go over 250.
And just winging out some numbers is never a believable way of telling, there are too many variables in the real world to come up with an accurate number, so...
They are under an inch taller and about 3/4" wider than the 33's, but since the rims are 1.5 inches narrower then the old ones, I shouldn't have any problems with rubbing.
The clips are pretty easy to save (well maybe not in this cold weather) just pull the clip off of the pedal the pull straight down.
The new one has to be calibrated, just push the pedal all the way down, and then pull the little slide backwards and you are good to go!
Well, I finally sucked it up and went and bought a set this weekend.
I found a set not too far from me with junk and tires and another guy with a set of just tires, so I did some running around, and bought them all yesterday.
$800 for the whole thing, the rims are really nice and the BFGs have...
You are dang right, the old R/V Burbs with 6.2s are about the best vehicle ever made!
About the only vehicle I know of that it is possible to haul a couple sheets of plywood, or 8 people and get 20mpg.
Those tiny whitewalls on the burb need to go too!
