Hello 1997.5 Hummer H1 in Southern California

Welcome to TTS. That is a nice looking Humvee. Maybe someday I too can have one of those. You might try Leroys facebook page and see if there are any groups over there that are seeking the Time Keeper gear sets. After Leroy run out of the first batch, there were enough people posting within...

    1994 c3500 6.5 liter diesel

And a switch can be added in to prime the system without having to turn on the ignition switch. I got the relay harness from Leroy Diesel that has that little push button switch included. I pulled the switch from that harness and installed it into the airdog harness.

    Allison 6 speed issues.

Has to be shift indicator on the transmission shift cable or an ECM issue. I think I’d start with the shift cable terminal connection where it attaches to the transmission.

    How are you doing Denata?

For such a harsh and powerful earth quake, there sure seemed to be not much damage. Maybe the news stations in Russia are reporting the damage but the news is not escaping ? 🤷🫣😹

What did you do with your GMT400 today...or yesterday....

Its all good. I’ll have to check the bilevel vent temps again, except next test with the windows open. I did do the 60 mile round trip to church and home. I had the electro viscous fan hooked to the compressor clutch so the fan would run when the AC button is engaged. The LED indicator lamp for...

    Electronical Fuel Pressure Gauge

The snubber screws into the port where the sending unit would normally go, then, the gauge screws into the snubber. I got on GloShift website and did the search for the snubbers. Pops right up. Also an explanation how the sending units can be destroyed from the pressure spikes. I ordered two of...

    Electronical Fuel Pressure Gauge

The AirDog does have a return to tank bypass regulator. I’ll check out the pressure snubber systems and maybe try one of those in the IP sending unit before ordering more gauges.

    Electronical Fuel Pressure Gauge

Okay, thats what I’ll get coming. Are You running right at the lift pump pressure gauge port or at the injection pump, or both ?
  13. MrMarty51

    Electronical Fuel Pressure Gauge

All that pressure spikes and valleys must have wiped out the sending units, or the gauge. Turned the ign switch to run for the WTS lamp and the gauge pegged 30, front and rear sending units. @Big T and @ak diesel driver I think Big T might have the AirDog and AK has the raptor unit. Do You...

What did you do with your GMT400 today...or yesterday....

Installed the mechanical fuel pressure gauge so I could get a video of the fluctuating needle.

    Electronical Fuel Pressure Gauge

I installed two sending units from GloShift for their 0 to 30 PSI gauge. One sending unit at the AirDog lift pump and the other hooked into a swivel JIC adapter fitting at the injection pump. I have never been able to get a good reading from either of the sending units, thought it was a bad unit...

@Twisted Steel Performance Do You have some spare sets ?

Timekeeper gear set for 6.5L DB2

I made mention of such in a different forum, I was then told that someone along the lines had improperly aligned the timing marks when installing the gear set. IDK how that could be possible unless they didnt align marks when the chain/sprockets was still connected. 🤷 But things do happen.
