    1994 GMC 3500 hd 6.5 turbo diesel

I took that nice little press button switch from the Leroy Harness I have and wired it into the Air Dog Harness. I questioned the AD co if they had such a harness but they did not. I do now. 😹😹😹

Good to hear frum You, hope that the sick spell has passed. Car lift would be a splendid addition, if there’s room.

    1994 GMC 3500 hd 6.5 turbo diesel

I really like that relay harness that Leroy makes and sells. The one with the little push button switch that turns on the lift pump and makes a real nice aid in bleeding the air from new filters.

Yes, pressure at the inlet port of the injection pump is the best location. To mee it seems the fuel system is starving for fuel. A possibility that the IP has worn enough that it now is failing to pull enough fuel to provide the injectors with the fuel required to allow the system to pull under...

What did you do with your GMT400 today...or yesterday....

The pillar pod now in My truck has three screws affixing it to the piller and it looks mighty phine. My interior is grey so if there is some grey printing material let me know and I’ll have an order shipped in to You.

What did you do with your GMT400 today...or yesterday....

I like that. If all the gauges was the size of the smallest one, if thats a 2-1/16th then it looks like there would be room for the three I now have in the pillar pod, plus, the three thats in the three pod atop of the dash unit. Get one printed up with six 2-1/16th gauge holes, to fit the...

What did you do with your GMT400 today...or yesterday....

LP pressure Post FFM pressure, right at the IP. Not sure what I need to do to make this gauge more visible on the numbers and needle. I need to pry off that silver bezel then suppose to be able to change gauge face colors.

What did you do with your GMT400 today...or yesterday....

Yup. Looking it over and IDK whats going on with that. I need to remove the floor from that pod and see if there is any problems within the pod. I do have six foot of (IIRC) 1/4” copper tube from thd exhaust manifold to the pipe to ferrel fitting adapter. The plastic tube shows absolutely no...

Rings and bearings while I have the engine out?

Without going back through the posts. Do You have a clear line off the IP on the return nipple ? If so, is there any air flowing through that hose ?

    Remote Control Door Lock Receiver

That scene reminds me of when my brother was living on a mountain by Grass Valley California. He would build his speaker cabinets for various purposes. One style was to put the sound out there. Me and the sons was over visiting. On the Sunday before we were leaving He got the equipment set up...

What did you do with your GMT400 today...or yesterday....

The needle is barely visible. About a half a pound below the 15. And adjusted to about 12-1/2 PSI. Should be about perfect.

How do you all get 6.2s to 300K miles

If You would want to pull those injectors then send them to @Rockabillyrat and have him check and adjust them, I believe a lot of that smoke could be eliminated.

What did you do with your GMT400 today...or yesterday....

I’m not sure whats going on with that gauge. It was working last Sunday when I made the 62 mile round trip to church and home but Monday morning when I went to work it was down on 5PSI exhaust pressure But when I went home at dinner time I noticed it is stuck on 15 PSI exhaust pressure. I’ll...

Rings and bearings while I have the engine out?

If You tripped the timing reset, many times the engine will die. Mine did that too, even knowing that will happen it scared the crap out of Me. I restarted the engine then it was just fine after that. Did another timing reset to confirm the numbers and it was within specs.

What did you do with your GMT400 today...or yesterday....

New fuel pressure sending units and snubbers arrived todays mail. Had to add an elbow to the lift pump elbow that was already there. Now the SU terminals points forwards instead of at the frame rail. A bastard getting that elbow tight enough so it will seal proper but it can be done. And now...
