The contact may be at the point where the wire is connected to the metal pin. The pin itself may be loose. Spray with contact cleaner, or at least wd40. It is better to disassemble the connector and solder where the wire connects to the pin. If one contact is broken, then others are broken...

Can you insert the probes into the solenoid A connector, turn on the ignition and move the all wiring harness and connectors, and observe the multimeter readings?

Are the connector contacts to the gearbox oxidized?

When you measured the voltage at solenoid A, it was about 4 volts. but it should be about 7 volts. Are you sure that the TCM is 100% functional?

The pause between turning the ignition on and off must be at least 40 seconds.
