Took the intake off, this is how it all looks like, aside from the pool of diesel fuel, how does it look?
what hoses do i need? (Size, grade, etc)
what else should i replace while in here?
Bought an intake manifold set and since we have a 4 day weekend (JuneTeenth) we'll be cracking at it starting tomorrow, will send updates as i go along
Is there anything I should watch out for while I'm down there?
End result:
Water pump made it on (albeit, it is quite close to the harmonic balancer, like, its almost on it) we cleaned the timing cover, everything that we could we cleaned and then reinstalled.
Runs well now, oddly enough I think it runs quieter? Either way, down below will be photos of...

Got everything off, bought a kit that provided a new front seal aswell:
