New rubber end cap is on, had spares from when it last gave up on me (opposite side of the motor)

Figured out the filter housing hose issue, thankfully thats been taken care off
Its a 1990 K5 Blazer with a 1975 6.2 Detroit Diesel Motor swaped in, has an ATS Turbo Kit, and a 4L60E behind it
A bit off topic, but I've always wondered what these connections were for, they were always just there, not connecting to anything.
My cruise control doesn't work, so I can only assume its for that
Not sure if its just a placebo affect or not, but ever since I tightened those leaking fittings on the IP, it hasnt smoked the way it has, heck, it even starts smoother now
Found the damn culprit.
see the ground underneath that bolt? It was loose, to the point where i could free spin it on the thread, tightened it up and got it back up and running.

It cranked and cranked, but no start, its not even cold or anything (55°F), I did notice that the glow plug light did not come on though.
Didn't do that yesterday, even after we took apart everything and put it back together, I dont understand
IT STOPPED LEAKING, LETS GOOOOO,
RAN IT FOR A FEW MINUTES, EVEN PUT THROTTLE ON IT AND ITS BONE DRY
now im gonna fix the wiring before I put it back together, it looks so cluttered and messy here
