i would just send the injectors back......mine where in for 6,000 miles and the dam broke under the turbo....i pull all four and reinstalled them twice!!!!!!.....got four more and they went about 2,000 miles and the dam let loose again......don't know why but the 4 on the pass. side waited to...
when you bleed just setting still @ idle.....crank the steering wheel as far as you can to the right then left about 5 or 6 times.....then pump the brakes 5 or 6 times and that should breed all the air out....
put in a low pressure switch that kicks out at 15psi and you'll get 32f to 34f without freeze up.......all older refer's and freezers used psi switch to control temp......pressure = temp in the freon world....and yes to over size compressors(not more efficient or smaller but a little more...
i guess i should have said in traffic or behind a rv or semi.....out of the draft it ran @ 190f but in the draft it would just be shy of 210f.....matter of fact i haven't ever heard my fan kick in....only when it's -10f out or colder till it gets warmed up....
i would bet it's a pencil,lighter or some other thing that was put on the dash at some point and fell into the defrost vent and got the damper jammed.....
i know you said you check the crank...but did you plasta gauge it and the bearings?....just acts to me as if you have a miss match of bearings to crank....sounds like it looses up when it get warm and the oil is dumpin' out of the crank and rod bearings.......you can't always go by what it says...
i need this too....just got back from draggin' my Gator(Gator and trailer about 3800#) 800 miles this weekend with the burb and cleaned rad and cond. put in brand new A/C delco 195f T-stat before i left....temp was just below 210f with a/c on....runnin' 75mph never heard the fan kick in...
it you want a HO pump just get 1 for a 97 or up from napa...you can get a reman for for 46 buc's and a new 1 for 98 buc's....had my buddy @ napa pull both pumps (95 and 97) the 97 had HO on the pump and the 95 didn't.....clean your rad and cond. and a robertshaw t-stat and it will run nice and...

Matt at the other site there is a thread on B/W T-cases that i put a link to a place with good prices on parts for them....i rebuilt mine in the 1 ton....been 30,000 mile and not had any trouble....i'm not at home have link and phone numbers on other puter..
