Ok this must be a common problem as it happened with my '03 Z-71.
My driver side seat heater comes on by its self. The problem with the '03 seemed to come on the most after it rained. On my '06 it has started doing the same thing only it will do it even if it hasen't rained. I doesn't always...
I'm running Bridgstone Dueler Revo 2 265/75-17 on Boulder H2's. The ride is the best I've had on this truck. They handle well in the rain...can't say about snow...it never snow's here in south Texas
Very good thread. I can honestly say that I didn't notice any performance increase with my intake and 4" exhaust but, I'm pretty sure that when I bought my tuner they helped total performance.
Yes that was what I wanted to know. I have been thinking since you told me this...is the LUX amp that much better than the amp in my Bose system? Will it make much of a difference in the sound quality?
Thanks for the replies everyone. I wasn't sure I would like them when I ordered them but the price was right and I wanted a "factory wheel " look. They stick out from the fender a little more than I thought but I didn't have to crank the bars or trim anything and I think it rides alot better...
I installed my Boulder H2's last week with Bridgestone Revo 2 265's. Man, talk about a change in the ride! This combo is so much smoother than the PYO's with Goodyear SA's. I'm thinkin I maybe should have gone with 285's cause the 265's look kinda small on the H2's. I'm liking this combo.
Sorry for the late reply. I talked to the dealer and was told there was a bulletin out to change them all so they replaced them under warrenty.
A little off topic...they also said there was a ECM upgrade available, does anyone know what it covers?
Yep, the hill country has some very good riding. I've never been to this rally even when it was in Liberty. I'm not going for the rally just to ride.
Thanks for the heads up on the DPS. I remember when they ran off Dawgs on Hawgs in Lake Sommerville.
Going to Bandera 9/25-27 for some riding. There is a rally going on but don't plan to attend just ride. Taking the toyhauler and staying in town. I have a friend that has a sport bike that is going with us. You might want to check it out.
Thanks for the help. I'm gonna drive it till I get back home then call the dealer there. I may just fix my self instead of going thru the hassle of going to the shop.
Mine is still under warranty so I'm going to call a shop here at work and see if they can replace it, if not hopefully I'll get back to Texas next week and will get it fixed at home.
:wtf: I must be goin crazy, I answered you yesterday...I thought.
I have around 45,000 miles on the motor. I'm still getting the CEL but when I check it with my predator now it shows no codes found but I can turn off the CEL by clearing the codes. The light comes back on later though. I...
