    Ranchos are 0"-2" lift for the stock replacements. I don't remember about the Bilsteins.

    Fuel and lubricants are two completely different animals, especially since the ULSD change. I do recommend a fuel additive, I do not recommend an additive for lubricating oil, trans or hydraulic fluid. Algae is definitely a concern with fuel system health.
