    drill out the hole, cant get that pic to upload, tap the hole with special tap install the insert, not the odd thread pitch almost like Velcro how they attach after insert is fully seated you drill small hole for the lock pin right through the threads so they cant back out the finished...

    having troubles with the pics but the kit had to buy was like 300+ and you need a pretty big drill press to do it in or a mag drill
