3.0 Liter Duramax To Get An Upgrade

Yes, I agree BigR. We both know you could give the media a typed article and they would still get it wrong. Lol My 2006 was an LLY. Just a detuned LBZ, but has all the LBZ goodies inside. Just basically a tuning difference.

3.0 Liter Duramax To Get An Upgrade

Thank you sir. And of course I find a mistake in the first paragraph. Lol. V8 Duramax's first came with a 5 speed Allison. 6 speed came in 2006. Lol

2006 Jetta TDI timing belt replacement

These little VW motors are great motors. 2003 era was a bit better on fuel I think, but 2006 was good year too.

    2006 Duramax Heated Seats

Thank you Will. Weird, because the door switch still works the interior light. I gotta research this more. But at least my arse isn't burning up...

    2006 Duramax Heated Seats

Yes sir. TY I have looked many times. I cannot find it. The green plug trick worked good enough for me. Not going to get it checked out either. Lol

    2006 Duramax Heated Seats

Thank you sir. It most certainly is an odd funky situation and those seats get bloody hot. SO now I have no hot seat, but just have the clicking noise. 🤷‍♂️

    2006 Duramax Heated Seats

I just found this. This was my exact situation. I will disconnect the "green plug" and see. Well, I found the green plug and disconnected it. Heat does not seem to get hot anymore but the switch is still cycling on and off. I guess it is a win...
