if you are using the haynes/chilton diesel repair book ignore the part about removing the pump. iirc that was only the 5.7l diesel that you had to do that on. Spend the money and get the ARP studs if you do the gaskets, well worth the money

do you have any pics of the downpipe itself? seems like a nice upgrade and i could handle the everything for the upgrade besides the downpipe. If i go this route im going to order the peninsular upper intake to gaurantee good unobstucted flow into the engine.

I would imagine so, I would take the measurements and have an exhaust shop bend up a 2 1/2" or 3" piece of stainless pipe to connect to the peninsular upper and just make a brace to support it to the lower intake

My redneck side just popped out for a minute... If you are running an intercooler, it wouldnt be too hard to twincharge it with the bullet supercharger. The inlet for the supercharger is setup to acommodate left or right side inlet. Sooooo in theory, you could run the turbo thru the intercooler...

The marine injectors are over-rated, i put them in my truck(before i found the forums). They did not add any noticable power and mileage did not change at all. Listen to these guys and buy only genuine bosch, stanadyne, or delphi injectors. And do yourself a favor and have them pop tested and...

We got a lift for my dads suburban for a tad over 1k delivered to our door from rough country. It was a 6" kit and took about 12 hrs to complete (including smoke breaks and meal breaks... its a very nice kit)

You can try pulling the connector and cleaning the contacts to see if that cures it. If not it maybe the APP(the pedal assembly)
