    I traded that truck a while back for a cummins before i got around to turbo work. But, he's right more than 10lbs is bad and definitely shouldn't have 15 or higher ever. Just build a motor meant to be turbocharged :thumbsup:

    Well luckily I got a nice 5 speed with OD and fairly new clutch and two piece flywheel so my mileage can be real good in town if I just drive decent and upshift early.

    Well, we'll see. I'm gonna do a before and after on it. But, I need to find a dyno that has a load on it, because the local one here doesn't have it's brakes or load. And, as far as that. We'll see haha

    I had an 89 F250 long bed ext cab. Hm really? That is nuts. I wanna run 4" downpipe on my 1992 F350, when I put on the turbo, to eliminate air restriction. Should do wonders.

    216k on the speedo. Mileage isn't bad actually. somewhere from 12-15 in town. 18 on interstate with 38s. Should go up more with a turbo.

    Well technically you can use any turbo if you make a custom setup. These were diesels designed to run without turbos. But, when one is added by owner these things can actually runnn. :thumbsup:
