    Great! Thank you for fast response. I was thinking that it was referring to the locking ring that was referenced in earlier steps, but I wanted to make sure I didn't mess that up. I also wanted to make sure that I didn't need to loosen the center adjuster/jam nut in step 8 prior to doing this...
