We have 3 Lowes and 2 Home Depots within 30 miles. If I'm actually picking up lumber, rather than small stuff I usually choose the Lowes that's furthest away, simply because they have the best parking lot. Especially if I need the trailer, they get the business just because of parking lot and...
I like just about any type of candy bar. Charleston Chew is on of my all time favorites. When I travel international, I always have to walk the candy aisle. Some of theirs are excellent, but I'll never try the candy bars with the insects or scorpions.
Milwaukee in both 14.4 Ni-cad, and 28v Lithium. The 28v is heavy, but the batteries last a real long time. The power is great and it's nice to be able to use them without pulling an extension cord up a ladder. I just wish their new Li-ion batteries were backwards compatible.
You made a wise decision IMO. I was also looking for a budget shock and chose the Skyjackers. Horrible, worse than the 75,000 mile Rancho's I took off the truck. The just don't work. No rebound control, no compression.
On this truck I've had 2 sets of Michelin LTX's a set of Dick Cepek FCII's and now Cooper ATR's. I did not like the Michelins for anything except dry road, mileage runs. Any rain, sleet or snow the LTX's slipped and slid like they were bald. I loved the FCII's for everything, I just wasn't ready...
Spaten or any of it's variants. If I'm out somewhere I always try the local brews, they are by far my favorites. I can't drink any of the mass produced beers.
Anytime! Sometimes that has backfired but I don't baby my truck either. I love it, but I use it as intended dings and scratches add character.
Although the last time a friend borrowed my truck and trailer he drove on a blown out trailer tire for miles until passer-by's flagged him down.
Magellan 1200 I like it, but I need one that I can update. I also use google maps on my Blackberry, although it seems to think I need to see every neighborhood in town.
I have never stuck a truck, tractor, car nor anything else I've driven to a point of needing someone to pull me out. I've been stuck plenty of times, but always was able to stop/slow down, think clearly and then drive myself out.
I have however stuck atv's, motorcycles and a bicycle so bad I...
6+ I enjoy 3 day weekends over week long vacations most of the time. We still do at least 1-2 9 day vacations, but then about 1 a month 3 day trips. We've done this the entire 23 years we've been together.
Nothing ever stolen from truck or garage, but I did have the lock punched on my truck. I was working at Home Depot and we were taking store inventory, so there were probably an extra 20-40 cars parked in employee parking that day. They didn't get in, but my lock is bent but still works...
See if you can get her on it for an extended ride. The Polaris's I've ridden steer harder than other ATV's. My wife likes the comfort of the heavier weight, but gets tired sooner due to the steering from it.
