    Carmacks, two hour north of WH. I'm not sure what you mean... I thought oil pressure sending (OPS) unit is fancy pants for a sensor that sends the gauge or light info about how oil pressure is doing... Do you mean that power for the LP is somehow wired through or runs through the OPS?

    Yeah it's about 3000km (roughly 1500 miles). It came with a spare PMD, and it's mounted I think between a battery and headlight, I just need to familiarize myself with that before I leave. All fluids checked/changed, all good except oil and coolant. Flushed the coolant system and put in a 180F...

    Hey everyone, Just bought a '95 GMC 1500 with the GM 6.5 TBD (my first diesel) in Calgary and soon will be driving it home to YT. Just working on some preventative maintenance and getting it in shape for the drive home!
