One other note as well, I replaced the lift pump last summer. Could it have failed again? Would a blockage in the tank sock kill the lift pump?

Does the lift pump make a consistent "ticking" noise when it is working? I wondered what the sound was before but now it's not making any noise at all.

So i cracked the t handle line in front of the motor. Is this the water drain? I cranked and nothing was coming out. Water or fuel. I will get some clear hose tomorrow and see if I can see air in the fuel

Found out I pumped it.... what an idiot.. Good to hear diesel driver! I may just syphon this tank. Everythings so seized in place. at least its tipped down so I can make sure I get 99 percent of it out. How do I bleed the lines?
