    94 2500 6.5 turbo won't start

You were a lot of help. I couldn't have gotten half as far as I did without all the advice and help that was given on this site. I will get another 6.5 sooner or later and hopefully that one will run!

    94 2500 6.5 turbo won't start

I ran out of time and money so I had to sell the truck. I greatly appreciate all the help and advice that was given. The guy that has the truck now has a thread on here so if you guys could help him that would be great.

I did check the fuses, but I'm going to recheck them just to make sure.

    94 2500 6.5 turbo won't start

When we tried the wd40 last time it didn't even act like it was trying. The ether worked a lot better, but I really don't want to fry the new GPs. I tried to pull the FSS plunger today, but I couldn't get the snap ring out (my pliers only open the ring, not compress it). Can I just leave it...

    94 2500 6.5 turbo won't start

The PMD was loaned to me from another 6.5er. It's his good backup that he had used prior to changing his IP. All the grounds seem to check out fine. It seems the main issue I have is I'm getting no fuel to the injectors. As for the batts, I had them load tested the first time I had them charged...

    94 2500 6.5 turbo won't start

I also learned something new from my mother recently. Apparently, when I was taking the kid for a ride in the el camino I traded for the truck, it had died while it was idling. The kid's friend restarted it right away, but she said it was like he just shut it off. Of course she waits till now...

    94 2500 6.5 turbo won't start

I tried a good PMD today and still nothing. I also had the LP hot wired with my brother misting in wd40 and this time it didn't even act like it wanted to go. It wasn't even firing on the oil. I'm concerned the IP may be shot since even with a known good PMD I still have no fuel to the...

    94 2500 6.5 turbo won't start

Would I have to pull the IP to remove the solenoid? I am going to try and make relocation kit in the next few days. I've been told I can cut off the factory plug and splice in new, longer wires. I have a good amount of experience with wiring, so the only issue should be the weather. As for the...

    94 2500 6.5 turbo won't start

I just cracked an injector line and no fuel at the injectors. So that only leaves the PMD, FSS or a bad IP right? I also checked the fuel and it's not even close to gelled yet.

    94 2500 6.5 turbo won't start

I have tested the lift pump and it's weak but working-making 3-4 psi at the t-valve. The fuel shouldn't be gelled. (I still have the jug I used to bleed the system sitting on my porch and the fuel in it's fine.) I have replaced the GP's with new 60gs, the fuel filter and bled the system...

    94 2500 6.5 turbo won't start

What should the voltage be? (I don't know if works as a capacitor or resistor or if it would just be 12v)

    94 2500 6.5 turbo won't start

I can't find my power strip but I'll keep looking. It's a little under a half tank right now. He didn't give me any info other than he's been using ether. His grandpa was driving it before and he only drove it a couple times. I only drove it once for about a 20 mile round trip, so maybe not...

    94 2500 6.5 turbo won't start

The big problem I'm having now is I'm broke till I get it fixed. I have to borrow the money, so anything over $100 is out of my range. I have to go as cheap as I can, I just don't want to trash the truck with parts that are too cheap. At this point I'm beginning to consider selling it and...

    94 2500 6.5 turbo won't start

I've been sick the last 3 days, so the boss hasn't let me go out and work on it. I'm going to try some fresh fuel in it tomorrow and recharge the batts again since they've probly gone down by now. I'll also try the wd40 but it's been pretty cold here the last few days, so I've probly lost my...

    94 2500 6.5 turbo won't start

This is the link to it. For what most relocation kits cost, I figured the PMD was just a free bonus. If it works, great, if not I would still get a descent relocation kit cheap right? From what I've seen, these same kits have a buy it now of over $200. I just didn't know if it was a good heat...
