Can’t read codes no check engine light ?

Today I got around to checking a few circuits for no SES light. I checked the CKT 440(battery feed) and CKT 439(ignition feed). Both were good. I then checked circuit CKT 419(SES control), with no power there. I went ahead and pulled the instrument cluster and sure nuff the SES bulb is blown. So...

Can’t read codes no check engine light ?

I’m working every day so I’m taking this kinda slow. Today all I did was charge the batteries back up and kinda just looked around for something burnt or melted. I do remember smelling a burnt smell from under the hood. I also checked all fuses with an ohm meter and all seemed fine. I have an...

Can’t read codes no check engine light ?

My 95 6.5 4x4 Suburban was running so good and then she just died going down the road. I’m familiar with the PDM shutting down but usually she would crank back up. Mine is the updated Leroy driver and it’s located behind the front license plate. This time she wouldn’t start back but would spin...

    6.5 Oil Cap

My oil cap on my 95 Suburban needs to be replaced. Does the new cap need to be vented or can I just pick up a regular cap from Autozone or somewhere?? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Starter wouldn't stop running

Well The starter checked out OK so I reinstalled it and it cranked fine. I guess if it does it again I'll be looking at the switch. If it would stop raining a while, I might get the inner fender back on and get her back on the road. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Starter wouldn't stop running

I cranked my 95 Suburban 6.5 this morning and the starter stuck. Turning the key off didn't stop it. After about 20 seconds it finally stopped. I'm guessing the solenoid on the starter ?? Im hope nothing else broke. Any ideas ??

    Lower Ball Joint Removal

I took the 95 3/4 ton Suburban to the alignment shop today and the guy told me I needed new upper and lower ball joints on passenger side of vehicle. He quoted a price if $400 which is probably not bad but I just spent $900 on new tires. It looks like I can get the Moogs for about $32 each from...

Changed fuel filter now no start

After charging the batteries for a second time and hooking everything back up, she finally started !!! The reason I asked about a second gasket is that I had a little diesel on the inside of the black ring and old filter always looked a little damp. Everything was tight as I could get it so I'm...
