I have a GM-4 Turbo, and it feeds through a large 99 Ford Intercooler, which is placed behind the radiator. So my question is, does that large intercooler severely affect my turbo spool up time? Also, is the intercooler even effective if its placed directly behind the radiator? Thanks...

That looks AWESOME, I have a feeling the intercooler on my truck is not doing much as the person who installed it put it directly behind the radiator. Also, what Turbo is that one you are running? The intake is cool looking also, is that a custom intake Plenum??

I do get a rattle/clunking sound when I start off in 2nd gear, with very little in 1st gear. Could this be something?

Well I finished today with everything. You can get the PMD off with a 2mm Allen Head and something to make the handle longer (Wire is what I used) Making it magnetic helped alot too. Then when there is little clearance, I ground down the allen head to fit and we were good to go...

The only thing I could see being a problem is the sensor in the gauge is used to reading liquid pressure (Which is not compressable) rather than air pressure (IS Compressable). It might not make a difference, just a guess on what would be the problem if it doesnt work.
