The way things are going I'm sure you could sell off whatever you make and at least get your money back on your costs for your own fuel. The processor will pay for itself regardless.
106 here yesterday and in the summer it's about 200 all the time. Stop and go really gets it warm so I dont know if a cooler would help that much if there is never enough air moving through it?
Went yesterday and checked out his setup...crap. It is a WVO blending setup and does NOT remove glycerin. There is no chemical reaction so all that junk is going through his system. I am now searching for an "appleseed" kit that provides everything needed for a setup. There is a few that...
You do, if you can find the time. I have been back and forth on this one and currently have been taking WVO to a friend of mine for him to make BD. He has been running it in his '05 Cummins and I have 40 miles on a tank right now in my '05. I have added a second filter in front of fuel cooler...

I am getting B100 from a friend for $1/gallon and he lives across town. I am going to make a setup and would take any and all suggestions from experienced bio producers.
Did you end up buying this pump? I am looking for one I can use for collecting WVO from different locations and I need to transfer it from tank on the ground to tank in the truck.
The only help I can give is that my truck does get better mileage running a Predator 40hp tune than a stock tune running B100. It is a much bigger difference in mileage then if I compare it to regular diesel. I definitely don't have a number to assign I just know that the Predator does advance...
Do you do residential? My electrician just moved out of state on me and I'm looking for a replacement. He moved to Maui so I can't blame him for that. PM me if interested.
I think I found some diagrams for a capacitor followed up by a resisitor. They are only a few dollars each but I need to figure out how to wire it so when the regular horn is used it still has full voltage.
