    I installed distributor. Checked and double checked firing order, cause kept thinking it must be something simple like that. Jumped a tooth still sounds most likely, but I'm guessing that means the chain is worn

    Had truck since 2010. Was running great, then it wasn't . Hasn't sat long enough for gas to go bad

    I have a 78 C20 with a 454, new distributor, wires, plugs,e r valve, and it still runs like crap. Just for it to be drivable, I have to unplug vacuum line from egr valve and advance distributor about 20 degrees. Any ideas?
