    Danville Turbos and Others

I have been pretty busy lately and haven't been able to keep up with the boards like I used to so I am wondering what you meant when you said the Cheetah turbo's seem to be falling apart. I am trying to decide between a Danville and a Cheetah to see which will be my next charger.

    Rotella??

That's exactly why I run it in my truck, we have run it in every tractor, combine, dozer, skidsteer, etc we have ever had on this farm. Never had a problem that was caused by the oil.

    Tie Rod Sleeves

Ruffman just curious, did you use stainless? If so what type of stainless did you use? I have a couple pieces of C350 and preheat treated 4130 that I thought I might use and then have them annodized or powercoated. I understand using stainless for corrosion resistance but I would rather use...

    LBZ fuel gauge sucks.

Every GM I have ever had has been like this(That would be all of the cars/trucks I have ever owned) it is annoying but after 14 yrs I have gotten used to it. I usually try to fill up around 450 miles that way i give myself a 50 mile window to find fuel.

    Stacks!!Should I ??

That's easy, its called mommy and daddy. The one's that make me shake my head are the young kids who have stacks and every mod that they can put on a truck and try to act like they are from the country but have never seen a square bale or the inside of a tractor. Nine times out of ten they...

    Who Has Painted There Bowtie?

Looking into having mine coated in black chrome, if that doesn't work then I will probably just get it pwodercoated/annodized so i don't have to work about it chipping.

    a/t tires...

I replaced the OEM's within a month of buying the truck(just about got stuck on wet grass) with Hankook RF04's 265/75r16 on PYO's. Good 10-ply tire road alright but never could get the tires to run right, they probably needed to be taken to a shop and trued. These tires were still more road...

    egr blocking and finger sticking

I really want to do this but I have been slack in gettin it done, but I have question that I have never had answered or seen answered over on the old DP even though it was asked several times, does this affect fuel mileage positively, negatively, or no change? I would havwe to expect that it...

    Major LBZ Issues

Just the normal for me, a clunking steering shaft all the sorry speakers that they put in a $40,000+ truck:mad:. The only problem that mine has that might be a little different is the tailgate latch will not retract enough to shut the tailgate. It just bangs the latch against the bar so I have...
