He’s not ripping you off. He literally just doesn’t have a computer to tune for you. Send him yours. I had a similar experience but it wasn’t that long. Lol

Lol Newer engines just cost more, with the same problems that are even more expensive to fix. You can almost add a zero on the end per newer engine design...
Yea I’m going to try that fan clutch and see how it does. And put a new turbo on the upgrade list. It’s a 6% grade for 3 miles straight up. It’s all highway so you’d think there would be plenty of time for the fan clutch delay to kick on and cool things down, no? I don’t push my truck that hard...
I have the dual stat crossover. I’ll look into the clutch and BRF. I don’t have overheating issues currently but I’m trying to avoid them best I can. I live on a mtn in east tn. And everyday I come home (with the trailer attached) the water temp gets to 215-220 until I get to the top of the hill...
