what does the blue spacer do for the engine.

when you turn on the a/c what does it do, cold temps, warm temps, cold temps for a while then warms up.

That was one of the problems I had with my a/c. You can buy a new switch and swap it our yourself. That won't shoot freon everywhere. A/C leaks are common . Most cars need a recharge every 10 years or so.

That's good but you'd be well advised to start with a new exhaust. That will compliment the new ip.

Everyone who does the tunes will tune it to work with an automatic or manual tranny depending on which tranny you have. So yes it will work, They will ask which tranny you have. As walking J said they ask questions and I am sure they have a pre-printed list of questions they read from.
