I check again to make sure there is no air or bubbles in the return from the IP. I put clear 1/4" tubing on it long enough to see it while I reved it up and no air at all. Thanks -Aaron

When these things fail, what happens do they go blind? Is there a way that I can cleen it without taking it out? Or did the pump have problem and the optical sensor was damaged as a result? At this point it starting to make better since to replace the whole pump. The best price for a OS...

No should I? I for the for the most part have always thought that that stuff is nothing but snake oil. I just keep on replacing the fuel filter often and try to buy fuel from a name brand station. Thanks -Dog

Well just for sh!ts and giggles I tried it with the optical sensor unpluged all together and now the truck fire up with the SES lamp on every time and runs like my post with the SES lamp on. Meaning the idle is high 750 and the truck runs smooth. So that must mean that I have a bad OS. Now...
