Sorry, I haven't been on the forum here in a few days but I replied back to your pm you sent. And yes I can certainly set you up with a turbo. 👍

Turbo Sing and our beloved 6.5's

I agree that the stock GM-x series turbos are not worth messing with. I have plenty of used Holsets setting around and could set you up with one for your truck. An hx40 is a great choice for a one and done turbo on these engines.

    Fan Clutch Testing

@THEFERMANATOR, that is good to know. I've deemed the one I got is about worthless. I'll be yanking it off here in no time.

    Fan Clutch Testing

@Will L., I most definitely agree to that. And @DieselAmateur yes it has been hot enough out here for sure. I like to always say that Arizona is the ultimate test for a cooling system. I got money I need to spend in other departments on this unit yet, so I'm ok with keeping the mechanical fan...

    Fan Clutch Testing

DieselAmateur, do you have a picture of the 2886 fan clutch? I just did a bunch of work to my Suburban including installing a new 2886 fan clutch I bought from RockAuto that I swear is either the wrong fan clutch boxed in a 2886 box or a dud since it has not engaged or have heard it engaged...

Anyone have a good DS4 Injection Pump for sale?

I have one I got with a 98 parts engine. It looked quite clean as well as the eight fuel injector lines attached to it. I used the lines for my 99 Suburban. Pump looks like it has less than 20k miles on it but I have no history on it...
