I was able to Dremel the rust off with a stone bit. Once I did that the bushings slid right in with some silicone lube.
I did not know about the GMT 800 brake conversion. Maybe in a couple of years, I am currently replacing everything on my front end.

It seems the lower control arms are discontinued and nobody makes them.
Mine are messed up enough I can't install new bushings.
Let me see if I can add some pictures.
Anybody have any ideas? Thinking a machine shop is my best bet.
With my 1993 Chevrolet C3500 I had a bumper pull, 2 5th wheels, and an older large slide in camper.
Living in central Texas with small grade hills the slide in camper did the best with my truck.
My biggest issue was the small hills that we do have.
