    New clothes for Ma Deuce

I work at a vocational high school(career development center) as well, and I tell you what I am always amazed at what some of these kids are capable of. They are constantly looking through eastwoods catalogs, a hot rod mags just trying to ideas of what they want to dream up next.... It's neat...

    '11 Mustang V6 vs. '10 Camaro V6 vs. '10 Genesis Coupe 3.8 vs. '10 Challenger V6

Motor Trend or not, Hyundai has come a long way from the Scoupe. And the warranty, 10 year-100k..... well at least the company is willing to back their product.

Time to unveil another product ( GLOW PLUG TOOL )

That there is why this country is so great, yankee (lone-star) ingenuity at it's finest.

    What am I missing ?

At that price, I'd at least go and look at it. If I was serious, I'd ask to take it down and have the balance rates checked. Might cost you a buck or two, but it would certainly be peace of mind. Insofar, as the push button, I have had it on three vehicles. The only one I've only had problems...

    Stupid friggin gas engines!

Or me, with making sure that there is gas, and that the valve is turned on. ):h

    Stupid friggin gas engines!

I forgot all about the safety key.... but that would be too easy.

    Stupid friggin gas engines!

I vote for a fouled/defective plug. On the rear of the gear case, left had side, there should be a model number placard. This should have the engine model as well. Here is a source for parts, or at least part numbers. www.partstree.com It's good for most MTD products, may not be the...

    Suzuki Eiger running terribly

Wow that's a crappy design.... Good to hear that nothing catastrophic happened. Is the replacement design any better than glued in magnets? If that's the case, personally I might JB weld them.

    Suzuki Eiger running terribly

Sounds vaguely like carburetor icing. Might try using the wife's hair dryer, while it's idling, and allow it to pull in some of the warm air from it.

    lly exhaust

I got a Diamond Eye-409- cat back system for just a little bit more than that aluminized. Don't believe me? PM Cumminalong.

    lly exhaust

I will second that, on the advice part. I went with a 4" cat-back system with muffler, and like BudTX, there is a nice rumble at idle but nothing overpower at highway speeds.

    Inspecting Harmonic Balancer

It can be a failure that you pay for the next 18 years, and beyond.

    Omega Remote Start

I am not familiar with the Omega product, and I do not personally own EFI. But I can not imagine where the two would conflict. I do have an Astrostart remote start system, and it really does not interact with the ECM, so much as fooling the entire system that there is a key present. If...

Who runs additives in their Engine oil?

I've tried motor kote, with relatively disappointing results. Actually, no observed results whatsoever on fuel mileage. I am not sure where it fits in with Wrecker's classifications of modifiers. My guess would be #2, but that would only be because it's not thick like those in the #1 category...

Vortec 6.0 ? Anybody have one before?

Had an '01, traded it in for the '05 dmax. While I had it I saw 11.5-12 mpg, zero mechanical issues, and a whole lot questions to the service manager about the whole "why would they design an engine with piston slap." I understand that there are an awful lot of these engines on the road, and...
