    Turns over hard, won't start

    Turns Over Hard, Won't start. I Have 1997 3500 With 245000 miles on it. Was started after work on a cool day at about 30 degrees, idled for about 30 seconds and then died. Now it turns over really hard, had the starter out and tested good, put new batteries in and still turns over really slow...
