I cook boneless, skinless chicken breast on the charcoal grill. season one side of the chicken with a dusting of Lawrys season salt, coarse black pepper and a light shake of garlic powder. place the chicken seasoned side up on the grill and spray it with a light coat of Pam cooking spray. Turn the chicken over when they are about half cooked through and season the side that was down the same way you did the top, spray it with Pam and cook till done and lightly brown on the outside. If desired you can add any sauce to it as you take it off the grill or eat it without any sauce.
