Anybody who wants to convert, resize, greyscale, enhance, or otherwise manipulate their digital photos needs to download a copy of IrfanView.

-- It's free (figured I'd get that out, right up front)
-- It's fully featured and supported
-- It is the best little program I've found for lots of things.

I did some write ups with pics on other sites. It's very easy to use, and great for doing screen shots. I erased those pics though.
