What proportioning valve to use

I will be starting a rear disc conversion next week on the 93 dually, I have purchased a couple proportioning valves and they turn out to be wrong, seems the early trucks have a different one than later models.. anyone know the correct valve that has the correct line placements ?
 
I know nothing about these conversions but, I believe a valve from an early four wheel disk brake system would probably be what is needed.
Probably need a master cylinder from the same too.
