Weird really issue w cb noise filter

When I plumbed in a noise filter that has hot ad ground wires, it would make my relays click when I turned off the accessory power.
Now my glow plugs relay quite. I removed the filter but still no click noise even. Tried a new relay,. No go. Tried the new one with a jumper to the switch terminal and the metal body to the negative battery cable, nadda. Another days useless energy spent.

Check for power to the relays.

Yeppers, got that. I even remade the circuit. Went out and got a third relay. This one makes that reassuring clunk noise. Now to put it in.
