From what I can remember, remove the upper intake, then the grounds from the lower intake stud/bolts, I dont quitly remember but there might be a brace to tje turbo and maybe one to the front serp belt setup, then the TWO FFM bolts, remove the rest of the studbolts and bolts and lift it offa there.
Be good to punch a piece of cardboard with the appropiate amount of holes in each side and poke them bolts and studbolts into that.

It seems I remember something about greasing the gaskets for reuse.

Was that normal or only done in situations where the intake was going to be pulled again in the near future?

Or am I remembering the wrong vehicle altogether?

I never greased them for reuse. That's surface contamination for any gasket.
Thanks

Are the gaskets installed dry? Nothing on them but the gasket?

I have 3 tops. 2 have a little circle thing in the center that sticks down maybe 1-1/2". The other is flat on the inside.

Are they all for F intakes or are the 2 with the little pipe sticking down for S intakes?

They look the same other than the little pipe sticking down. No extra holes. Anywhere.
