I had the truck up on the lift today to cut out the soot trap... Evidently she has decided to start leaking from somewhere..

That is looking up at the starter from underneath

Places to check, valve cover, fuel leak in the valley absorbing oil and then draining out the hole near the back and onto torque converter which throws it, rear main seal

I maybe wrong however; I suspect your road draft tube has created an of issue excessive crankcase pressure blowing oil out the rear main seal because the turbocharger is no longer pulling the crankcase pressure through the crankcase depression valve and into the turbo compressor.

Consider, your turbo while under boost creates not only boost but crankcase pressure as some of your air charge escapes past worn rings and into crankcase.
